By popular demand I am teaching my hands and arms workshop! Hands and arms bring expression, grace, and power to your dance. You’ll learn belly dance arm positions, exercises for fluidity, a wide variety of arm paths, arm positions in spins, and snake arms (or course), hand waves, hand circles, floreos, lotus hands, some out of the box options for hands. The workshop will include exercises to gain more flexibility in the hands and wrists. We’ll drill technique and then learn some fun filled combinations. This workshop is accessible for all levels! No refunds unless workshop is cancelled by instructor. Cost is $25 in advance (PayPal fee included)/$30 at the door .
